People visit your site, but almost nobody fills out the contact form. Traffic isn't the problem — the path is.
UX DESIGN FOR B2B SAAS
A UX design agency measured by conversion rate, not concept boards.
We research how people actually move through your site or product, design and prototype the fix, then ship the code and the tracking ourselves — one embedded team, accountable to your conversion rate and CAC payback, not to a deliverable count.

The situation
You have a website. You don’t have a conversion rate anyone’s proud of.
Your site takes too long to render on mobile, and visitors are gone before they see the offer.
It doesn't represent where the company is now, and prospects notice before they read a word of copy.
Visitors land, don't scroll, don't click. The copy and the layout aren't giving them a reason to stay.
Slicker sites next to yours make prospects question credibility before the sales conversation even starts.
The last redesign was signed off in a meeting — not tested against how users actually behave on the page.
Why Growston
Most design agencies hand you a mockup. We also ship the code.
A wireframe that never gets built correctly isn't a UX improvement — it's a delay. Growston pairs the researcher who reads the user-flow data with the designer and the developer who ship the fix, inside your business, not alongside it.
A typical design agency
- Hands you Figma mockups and calls the project done
- Redesigns based on trends and stakeholder taste
- Measures success in "it looks clean" feedback
- Hands off to your dev team to build, then disappears
- Treats Core Web Vitals and accessibility as someone else's problem
Growston
- Ships the coded, responsive interface — because we're also the engineering team
- Redesigns based on heatmaps, session recordings and funnel data from User Flow & Conversion Mapping
- Measures success in conversion rate, MQL→SQL lift and CAC payback
- Builds it, ships it, and instruments GA4/GTM tracking on launch day
- Bakes WCAG 2.1 AA and Core Web Vitals into every design decision
What we do
UX design that gets coded, not filed away
Every scope block below is a service we run in-house — not a recommendation for someone else to build.
UX research & user flow mapping
Heatmaps, session recordings and funnel analysis that show exactly where visitors drop off, before a single wireframe is drawn.
Website design & redesign
A full site redesign built around the flow your buyers actually take, not a template refresh.
Landing page design
High-converting pages designed for the specific campaign driving traffic to them.
Brand-aligned visual systems
Design decisions made inside your existing brand system — or a rebuilt one, if the audit says that's the real fix.
Speed & Core Web Vitals
LCP, CLS and INP fixed as part of the design, not bolted on after launch.
Conversion copy paired with design
Copy and layout designed together, so the interface and the words are solving the same drop-off problem.
How it works
From audit to a shipped, tested interface in four steps
Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.
Audit
A full review of the current experience: heatmaps, session recordings, funnel drop-off points, Core Web Vitals, and accessibility gaps.
You receive
A written findings document naming exactly where users drop off and why — yours to keep regardless of what happens next.
30/60/90 Plan
A design roadmap prioritized with ICE/RICE, tied to a stated conversion-rate target, not a generic best-practice checklist.
You receive
A roadmap your CEO or board can read in five minutes.
Build & Launch
Wireframes → interactive prototypes → coded, responsive pages — designed, built and instrumented by the same embedded team.
You receive
A live, tested interface with GA4 tracking on every new flow, not a deliverable list.
Optimize & Report
Ongoing A/B testing against the prioritized backlog, monthly reporting tied to conversion rate and CAC payback, and a quarterly review.
You receive
A live dashboard and a written narrative — what changed, why, what's next.

The alternatives
The honest comparison
| Growston | In-house hire | Big traditional agency | Freelancer / solo fractional CMO | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Fixed-scope, mid-market pricing for senior design + engineering delivery | €400K–€800K/yr in salary, recruiting and ramp for a design hire | Premium retainer, work spread thin, design often subcontracted out | Cheap per hour, but capacity and continuity cap out fast |
| Time to value | Weeks — audit to a tested, coded interface | 3–6 months hiring, plus ramp | Slow — briefs handed to junior designers, fragmented internally | Fast to start, but no system or testing behind the deliverable |
| Strategy + execution together | Yes — one team designs, ships the code and instruments the tracking | Depends entirely on who you hire | Rarely — design and dev sold as separate line items | No — you still need someone to code it and track the result |
| After launch | Tests, iterates and reports on the design monthly | Maintenance mode | Account handed off to juniors | Unreliable continuity |
Fit check
Who this is for — and who it is not
Not a fit if you…
- Are pre-product or pre-traffic — there's no user behavior yet to design around
- Want a visual refresh with no measurement attached — "make it look nicer" with no conversion goal
- Operate in crypto, gambling, adult content or MLM
Good fit if you…
- Are a B2B SaaS, scale-up or founder-led company in the Nordics, UK, US, or expanding into them
- Have a live product or site generating traffic that isn't converting — with a stated business goal behind the redesign
- Want design decisions tested against real user-flow data (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel drop-off), not internal opinion
- Are ready to have the same team design, code and instrument the result, so nothing gets lost in a handoff

FAQ
Before you ask
What does "UX design" mean at Growston, exactly?
Research into how real users move through your site or product, wireframes and prototypes built from that research, and a coded, tested interface shipped by the same team — not a Figma file handed to your dev queue.
Do you redesign the whole site, or just specific pages?
Either. Some engagements start with one high-traffic page or flow — a pricing page, a signup form. Others are a full site redesign. The audit tells you which is the right first move.
How is this different from hiring a design agency?
Most design agencies hand you a mockup and a PDF for your dev team to interpret. We design, code and instrument the result ourselves, and report on conversion rate afterward, not “pages delivered.”
Will a redesign hurt our SEO rankings?
Not if it’s done correctly. Every design engagement includes redirect mapping, Core Web Vitals checks and a technical SEO handoff, so a redesign is a ranking opportunity, not a risk.
We already have a brand and design system. Can you work inside it?
Yes. We audit the existing system first and design within it, unless the audit shows the system itself is the problem — in which case we say so, and give you the option either way.
How long does a typical UX design engagement take?
A single-flow project usually runs 4–8 weeks from audit to shipped, tested design. A full site redesign runs longer and is scoped after the audit.
Can you work with us if we're outside the Nordics, UK or US?
Our team is built around those markets, but we take on select engagements elsewhere. Ask on the first call.
