The situation

You have a website. It isn’t doing the job.

People visit the site. Almost nobody fills out the form.

Your current site doesn't represent the company you've become.

Competitors look funded and slick. You look like a garage startup next to them.

Every design request sits in a backlog behind the product roadmap.

Users leave before the page finishes loading.

The site launched once and hasn't been touched since.

Why Growston

Most design agencies ship a Figma file. We also ship the site.

A design file is not a website. Growston pairs the designer who owns the UX with the developer who builds it — in WordPress or Webflow — so what you approve in the mockup is what ships, measured against conversion, not applause in a portfolio review.

A typical design agency

  • Hands you a Figma file and a PDF style guide
  • Designs to win an award, not a conversion
  • Treats mobile as a resize of desktop
  • Says "talk to your dev team" when it's time to build
  • Never mentions SEO or Core Web Vitals

Growston

  • Hands you a live, built, instrumented website
  • Designs against a stated conversion hypothesis, tested after launch
  • Designs mobile-first, because that's where your buyers land
  • Builds it — WordPress, Webflow, or handoff-ready for your stack
  • Ships pages that are SEO-ready and pass Core Web Vitals at launch

What we do

Design and the build, owned by one team

Growston’s Website Design service covers the full path from research to a live, tracked site — UX, visual system, and the platform build it ships on.

UX research & wireframes

Every layout starts with how your buyers actually navigate, not a template.

How it works

From first call to first results in four steps

Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.

01

Audit

A review of your current site: what converts, what doesn't, where mobile users drop off, and what a rebuild needs to preserve — rankings, tracking, content.

You receive

A written findings document, page by page — yours to keep regardless of what happens next.

02

30/60/90 Plan

A sequenced plan connecting the audit to a sitemap, a design system, and a build timeline, scoped to your platform and team size.

You receive

A roadmap your CEO or board can read in five minutes.

03

Build & Launch

The embedded team — UX designer, visual designer, and the WordPress or Webflow developer who builds it — works from wireframe to a live, tracked, SEO-ready site.

You receive

A live website, not a Figma file waiting on a dev queue.

04

Optimize & Report

Post-launch testing against the pages that matter most, monthly reporting tied to conversion rate and Core Web Vitals, and a quarterly review.

You receive

A live dashboard and a written narrative — what changed, why, what's next.

Let's meet

Meeting first, written proposal within 3 business days.

How the first meeting works

We do the homework before we meet

We analyze your site before we meet — so the conversation starts at your numbers, not at zero.

Before the meeting: We review your current site, your competitors', and how it performs on mobilebefore we meet.
In the meeting: 30 minutes on the site's job, what's stopping it, and what we'd change. Not a pitch deck.
After: A written proposal within 3 business daysscope, price, and the outcomes we'd commit to. Yours to keep either way.
No site yet? The meeting covers structure, budget bands, and a realistic build timeline.

What you get

What you get, month by month

  • A named UX/visual designer and, where scoped, an embedded WordPress or Webflow developer

  • A 30/60/90 roadmap tied to a stated conversion hypothesis, not a deliverable checklist

  • Wireframes, a design system, and full-page designs for every template the site needs

  • A live, built, SEO-ready, Core-Web-Vitals-passing website — not just design files

  • A live dashboard plus a monthly written narrative tied to conversion rate and Core Web Vitals

  • A quarterly strategic review where you can challenge the direction

The alternatives

The honest comparison

Growston In-house hire Big traditional agency Freelancer / solo designer
Cost Fixed-scope, mid-market pricing for senior design and the build An in-house designer's salary, plus a developer to build what they design Expensive, portfolio-driven pricing for work spread across many clients Cheap, but no engineering behind the handoff
Time to value Weeks — audit to a live, built site Months to hire, plus ramp Slow — briefs handed to juniors, multiple revision rounds Fast to start, but stalls at the dev handoff
Design + build together Yes — designer and developer are one team, one timeline Depends entirely on who you hire Rarely — design and development are separate teams No — you still need someone to build what they design
After launch Tests, reports, and improves the site monthly Maintenance mode Account handed to juniors Unreliable continuity

Fit check

Who this is for — and who it is not

Not a fit if you…

  • You need results in 30 days
  • Are pre-revenue with no product or offer to design around yet
  • Want a template site with no strategy behind the layout
  • Operate in crypto, gambling, adult content, or MLM

Good fit if you…

  • Are a B2B SaaS, scale-up, or founder-led company in the Nordics, UK, US, or expanding into them
  • Have a site that's outdated, underperforming, or was never really designed — just launched
  • Want design and development owned by one team, not a file you forward to a dev queue
  • Are ready to give us access to your CMS, your analytics, and your decision-makers

FAQ

Before you ask

Do you design the site, build it, or both?

Both. The same team designs the UX and visual system, then builds it in WordPress, Webflow, or hands it off build-ready for your stack.

We already have a designer or dev agency. Do we need to replace them?

Not always. Some clients bring us in for design and build together; others use us to finish what their current team started.

How is this different from hiring a freelance designer?

A freelancer hands you a file. We hand you a live, tracked, SEO-ready website, because the designer and the developer who ships it are on the same team.

Will a redesign hurt our SEO rankings?

Not if it’s planned properly. Every redesign includes a URL map, a redirect plan, and post-launch monitoring, so rankings and traffic carry over.

What platforms do you design and build for?

WordPress and Webflow, primarily. On a custom stack, we design build-ready files your engineering team can implement directly.

How long does a full website design and build take?

Most projects run 8–14 weeks from audit to launch, depending on page count and whether content needs writing alongside the design.

Can you serve us outside the Nordics, UK, or US?

Our focus is B2B companies in the Nordics, UK, and US, and companies expanding into them — reach out if you’re outside that and the fit looks right.

You're based in Warsaw — can you operate at Nordic pace and directness?

Yes. Growston was built to serve Nordic and English-speaking B2B companies — the pace, directness, and reporting cadence match what those markets expect.

What happens if the redesign isn't converting better than the old site?

We test against the hypothesis set at the start. An underperforming page gets diagnosed, adjusted, and retested inside the engagement, not as a separate change order.
