The old reports disappeared, GA4 was switched on to fill the gap, and nobody went back to configure it properly. You're flying on partial data.
GA4 SETUP FOR B2B SAAS
GA4 setup services built to show you what’s actually driving pipeline
Most GA4 implementations track pageviews and call it done. Ours are built by the same team that ships your SEO, paid campaigns and CRM work — so every form fill, demo request and closed-won deal traces back to the channel that produced it.

The situation
You have a GA4 property. You don’t have data anyone trusts.
Marketing reports one number. Sales sees a different reality. Somewhere between the tracking code and the boardroom slide, the numbers stopped meaning anything.
Conversions in GA4 don't match what's in the CRM. Nobody can say with confidence which number is right.
Paid, organic and email all claim credit for the same deal. Without a working attribution model, every budget conversation is a guess.
The request was reasonable. Building it in Looker Studio from an unconfigured GA4 property is not.
Form submissions, demo requests, scroll depth, file downloads — the events that actually indicate buyer intent are firing as generic hits, if they fire at all.
Nobody owns the tracking end to end, so nobody is accountable when it breaks after the next site update.
Why Growston
Most vendors bolt GA4 onto your site. We build it into how you already work.
A tracking snippet without the team behind it is a false sense of security. Growston pairs the strategist who defines what should be measured with the engineer who ships the tags — inside your business, not alongside it. Per our operating principle of running marketing as one integrated system, nothing we deliver anywhere is considered done until it can be measured.
A typical GA4 vendor
- Sets up the property, hands you a login, moves on
- Treats GA4 as a one-off implementation project
- Reports pageviews and sessions
- Recommends event tracking in a scoping doc your dev team never gets to
- Warsaw is a place they outsource to
Growston
- Builds the property, the events and the dashboard — then keeps it accurate as your product and campaigns change
- Runs GA4 as part of one integrated system — SEO, paid, content and CRM, tied to the same pipeline number
- Reports qualified pipeline, MQL→SQL conversion and CAC payback — the metrics your board actually asks about
- Ships the GTM tags and QA's them, because we are also the engineering team
- Warsaw is the operating base for a team built to serve Nordic and English-speaking B2B — directness, transparency, no fluff
What we do
Full GA4 implementation, not just a tracking code
Growston’s GA4 Setup & Configuration service is the complete analytics build — property architecture, event tracking, server-side tagging, attribution and reporting — delivered by the team that also ships your SEO, paid and web work, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
GA4 Property Setup & UA Migration
Clean property architecture, data streams and audience definitions, plus recovery of what can still be salvaged from your old Universal Analytics account.
Event & Conversion Tracking
Form submissions, demo requests, scroll depth, file downloads and other buyer-intent signals, configured as conversions GA4 can actually report on.
Google Tag Manager & Server-Side Tagging
A GTM container built for accuracy — client-side or server-side — so ad blockers and browser privacy changes stop quietly deleting your data.
Ecommerce & Revenue Tracking
Product, cart and transaction data wired into GA4 so revenue reporting reflects what actually happened, not an estimate.
Dashboards & Reporting
A Looker Studio dashboard that pulls GA4, GSC and ad-platform data into one view your CEO can read in five minutes.
CRM & Ad Platform Integration
Offline conversion import and CRM syncing, so a closed-won deal traces back to the campaign that started it — weeks or months later.
How it works
From broken tracking to a system you trust — in four steps
Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.
Audit
A full review of your current GA4 setup: which events fire correctly, which conversions are missing, where GTM tags conflict, and where marketing's numbers stop matching what sales sees.
You receive
A written findings document naming every tracking gap — yours to keep regardless of what happens next.
30/60/90 Plan
A sequenced plan connecting the audit to the events, conversions and dashboards you actually need — scoped to your funnel and team, not a generic GA4 checklist.
You receive
A roadmap your CEO or board can read in five minutes.
Build & Launch
We rebuild the property, configure GTM (client-side or server-side), wire conversions into Google Ads and LinkedIn, and connect GA4 to your CRM — inside your stack, with your developers looped in where it matters.
You receive
A GA4 setup that reports real buyer behavior, not just pageviews.
Optimize & Report
Ongoing QA against every product and campaign change, monthly reporting tied to qualified pipeline and CAC payback, and a quarterly review where you can challenge our direction.
You receive
A live dashboard and a written narrative — what changed, why, what's next.
Meeting first, written proposal within 3 business days.

The alternatives
The honest comparison
| Growston | In-house hire | Generalist agency | Generalist agency | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Fixed-scope project fee for senior, engineering-grade implementation | €400K–€800K/yr in salary, recruiting and ramp | Expensive, top-heavy pricing for work spread across clients | Cheap, but no accountability once the tags are live |
| Time to value | Weeks — audit to a GA4 setup you can trust | 3–6 months hiring, plus ramp | Slow — GA4 handed to a junior, queued behind other clients | Fast to start, but no one owns it after launch |
| Tracking + engineering together | Yes — the strategist who plans it and the engineer who ships it are the same team | Depends entirely on who you hire | Rarely — GA4 sold as a line item, someone else does the dev work | No — you still need someone to actually ship the tags |
| After launch | QA'd against every product and campaign change, monthly | Maintenance mode | Account handed off to juniors | Unreliable continuity |
Fit check
Who this is for — and who it is not
Not a fit if you…
- You need results in 30 days
- Are pre-revenue with no live product or campaigns to track yet
- Want a tracking snippet pasted in and nothing else — no documentation, no ownership transfer
- Operate in crypto, gambling, adult content, or MLM
Good fit if you…
- Are a B2B SaaS, scale-up, or founder-led company in the Nordics, UK, US, or expanding into them
- Still have Universal Analytics leftovers you never properly migrated, or a GA4 property nobody configured correctly
- Want conversion tracking, attribution and reporting wired into the same system as your SEO, paid and CRM work
- Are ready to give us access to your GTM container, ad accounts and CRM so we can wire it properly

FAQ
Before you ask
Do you set up GA4 from scratch, or fix an existing account?
Both. Most clients arrive with a GA4 property that technically exists but was never configured properly — we audit what’s there before we decide what to rebuild.
We migrated from Universal Analytics ourselves — can you audit what we already have?
Yes. The audit is the first step regardless of whether you’re starting from zero or cleaning up a self-service migration.
Do you handle server-side tagging, or only standard GTM?
Both. We scope server-side tagging when ad-blocker loss or first-party data quality justifies the added infrastructure — not by default.
How is this different from just hiring a freelancer to add the tracking code?
A tracking code is not a tracking system. We configure the events, QA the conversions against your CRM, and keep it accurate as your site and campaigns change — a freelancer’s engagement usually ends at “the code is on the page.”
Will this connect to our CRM and ad accounts, or just the website?
The point of the setup is attribution, so yes — Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and your CRM are in scope from the start, not an add-on.
Who owns the GA4 property and GTM container after the project ends?
You do. We don’t build proprietary lock-in into the account structure or the documentation.
Can you serve us outside the Nordics, UK or US?
Our primary markets are Norway, Sweden, the UK and the US, with select engagements in Poland, DACH and the wider Nordic/Baltic region.
You're based in Warsaw — can you work at Nordic pace and directness?
Yes. Growston was built specifically to operate with Nordic-grade discipline and English-fluent delivery — that combination is the reason the agency exists.
What happens if our developers need to be involved?
We write the implementation in terms your dev team can act on directly — tickets, not a PDF they have to translate first.
How fast can this go live?
A standard GA4 + GTM build typically moves from audit to launch in a matter of weeks, scoped after the first meeting.
