THE SITUATION

You have dashboards. You still can’t answer “is marketing working.”

Every channel reports its own numbers. None of them agree, and none of them say what the board actually wants to know.

Your boss wants a dashboard showing marketing ROI, and nobody knows where to start building it.

Every report is a spreadsheet stitched together by hand, the night before someone asks for it.

GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn and your CRM all report their own numbers, and none of them reconcile.

You can't figure out which marketing channel is actually driving revenue, only which one gets credit last.

You moved off Universal Analytics, mostly — but nobody on the team fully trusts what GA4 shows now.

Everyone has access to a dashboard. Nobody is accountable for what it says, or for fixing it when it's wrong.

WHY GROWSTON

Most reporting vendors ship a template. We also fix the tracking underneath it.

A dashboard is only as honest as the data feeding it. Growston pairs the analyst who defines your KPIs with the engineers who fix GA4, GTM and your CRM integration — inside your business, not alongside it. A dashboard without a trustworthy data layer is decoration; we refuse to sell either half on its own.

A typical reporting vendor

  • Ships a templated Looker Studio dashboard and calls it done
  • Reports impressions, clicks and sessions
  • Hands you a dashboard link and a login
  • Treats GA4 and GTM as someone else's job
  • A generic template dropped into every account

Growston

  • Builds the dashboard around the KPIs your board actually asks about, then keeps it accurate as your stack changes
  • Reports qualified pipeline, MQL→SQL conversion and CAC payback — the numbers a CMO defends in the boardroom
  • Walks you through the numbers monthly, and flags what changed before you have to ask
  • Sets up and maintains the tracking layer underneath the dashboard — a dashboard is only as honest as the data feeding it
  • Built around your funnel, your CRM, and the buyer profile you actually sell to

WHAT WE DO

Full-stack analytics reporting for B2B

Analytics Reporting & Dashboards is a reporting system, not a one-off deliverable — GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and your CRM, wired together and maintained by one team, measured against pipeline, not pageviews.

Cross-channel reporting

Unify GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and your CRM into one dashboard, so no single channel gets to grade its own homework.

Custom Looker Studio dashboards

Built around the KPIs your board actually asks about, on a clean GA4 foundation — not a template dropped into every account.

Automated, scheduled reporting

Reports run on a schedule through the tag layer that powers your tracking, so nobody exports a spreadsheet the night before a meeting.

Board-ready KPI reporting

Qualified pipeline, MQL→SQL conversion and CAC payback — reviewed monthly with the strategist who reads them, not buried in a login only you use.

Revenue & CRM-integrated reporting

The dashboard reads deal stages and closed-won data straight from your CRM, so reporting doesn't stop at the MQL.

HOW IT WORKS

From first call to first results in four steps

Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.

01

Audit

A full review of your current tracking and reporting setup — GA4 and GTM configuration, what's manually exported today, and which KPIs leadership asks for that nobody can currently prove.

You receive

A written findings document naming the gaps between what the board wants to see and what your tracking can actually show — yours to keep regardless of what happens next.

02

30/60/90 Plan

A sequenced plan connecting the audit to a KPI framework, a dashboard build and a reporting cadence, scoped to your funnel and team size — not a generic template.

You receive

A roadmap your CEO or board can read in five minutes.

03

Build & Launch

The embedded team — analytics lead and, where scoped, a developer — fixes the GA4/GTM foundation and builds the Looker Studio dashboard, wired to your CRM and ad platforms.

You receive

A live, working dashboard — not a one-off spreadsheet.

04

Optimize & Report

Ongoing QA against data drift, a monthly reporting review tied to pipeline and CAC payback, and a quarterly session where you can challenge what's tracked and why.

You receive

A dashboard that stays accurate as your stack changes, plus a written narrative every month.

WHAT YOU GET

What you get, month by month

  • A named analytics lead and, where scoped, an embedded specialist for GA4, GTM and dashboard build

  • A KPI framework tied to pipeline, MQL→SQL conversion and CAC payback — not a template pulled from a blog post

  • A live Looker Studio dashboard wired to GA4, your ad platforms and your CRM

  • Automated, scheduled reporting — no manual exports the night before a meeting

  • A monthly written narrative: what changed, why, and what's next

  • Ongoing QA against data drift as platforms, campaigns and your stack change

THE ALTERNATIVES

The honest comparison

Growston In-house hire Big traditional agency Freelancer / solo fractional CMO
Cost A fixed-scope build, then a retainer scoped to your reporting cadence — not billed by the hour A senior analytics hire's salary, recruiting cost and ramp time — before the dashboard exists Bundled into a broader retainer; expensive relative to the reporting work actually delivered Cheap to build, but no budget for the maintenance the dashboard needs
Time to value Weeks — audit to a live, maintained dashboard Months to hire, then ramp on your stack Slow — a dashboard request queues behind bigger retainer deliverables Fast to build, but breaks the first time a platform changes its API
Strategy + execution together Yes — one team defines the KPIs and builds the tracking that feeds them Depends entirely on who you hire Rarely — reporting is an afterthought to the media plan No — you still need someone to fix the GA4/GTM layer underneath
After launch Monitored, QA'd against data drift, and reviewed with you monthly Maintenance mode, dependent on one person's bandwidth Dashboard goes stale once the campaign it was built for ends Unreliable continuity

FIT CHECK

Who this is for — and who it is not

Not a fit if you…

  • You need results in 30 days
  • Have no live marketing activity yet — a dashboard needs data to report on
  • Want a one-off dashboard build with no ongoing QA as your stack changes
  • Operate in crypto, gambling, adult content, or MLM

Good fit if you…

  • Are a B2B SaaS, scale-up, or founder-led company in the Nordics, UK, US, or expanding into them
  • Already run marketing across three or more channels and can't see which one is actually producing pipeline
  • Have GA4 and a CRM in place, even if the connection between them is broken or unreliable
  • Want one team to own the tracking, the dashboard and the monthly narrative — not a template you maintain yourself

FAQ

Before you ask

What exactly is included in Analytics Reporting & Dashboards?

A KPI framework tied to pipeline, a live Looker Studio dashboard pulling from GA4, your ad platforms and your CRM, automated scheduled reporting, and a monthly written narrative — plus the GA4/GTM fixes needed to make the numbers trustworthy in the first place.

We already have a dashboard. Why would we need this?

Most dashboards we inherit report clicks, sessions and impressions accurately, and pipeline not at all. If your dashboard can’t answer which channel is producing qualified pipeline, the dashboard isn’t broken — the tracking underneath it is, and that’s what we fix first.

Do you replace our existing analytics tools?

No. We build on GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio — the tools most B2B teams already have — rather than adding a new proprietary platform you’d have to pay for and learn.

What if our GA4 setup is a mess, or we never finished migrating from Universal Analytics?

That’s the most common starting point, not a disqualifier. The audit step exists specifically to find and fix that before we build anything on top of it.

Who owns the dashboard and the data once we stop working together?

You do. The Looker Studio dashboard, the GA4 property, the GTM container, and every report — all in your accounts, not ours. No proprietary lock-in by design.

How is this different from hiring a data analyst?

A data analyst can build a dashboard. They usually can’t also fix a broken GTM container, ship a CRM integration, or run the campaigns the dashboard is measuring. We do both, as one team.

How long until we have a working dashboard?

A first working version typically ships within the 30/60/90 window, once the audit confirms what the GA4/GTM layer can support. Exact timing depends on how much of that layer needs fixing first.

We're not on GA4 or don't have a CRM yet. Can you still help?

Yes. The first meeting covers what needs to exist before reporting can — usually GA4 and GTM setup, sometimes a CRM — so we scope that alongside the reporting build rather than after it.
