SEO AUDIT FOR B2B SAAS

Find out exactly why your organic traffic isn’t producing pipeline — before you spend another quarter guessing.

A technical, on-page, and content audit that ends in a prioritized fix list your developers can act on — not a 40-page PDF that sits in a shared drive.

We review your tag, analytics and consent signals before we meet — so the meeting starts at your numbers, not at zero.

The situation

You’re ranking for something. Just not the things that turn into revenue.

Nobody on your team can say why, or which pages took the hit.

Content is going out; nothing is compounding.

Someone flagged the issues eight months ago. They're still open tickets.

Visits are up. Pipeline isn't.

60 pages, three follow-up calls, zero fixes shipped.

No one has actually benchmarked why.

Why Growston

Most SEO audits end in a PDF. Ours end in shipped fixes.

An audit that no one implements isn't an audit — it's a very expensive way to confirm what you already suspected. We write the findings in a language your developers can act on, because on our side, they're the same team.

A typical SEO audit

  • A 40–60 page PDF, ranked by severity in theory
  • Findings written for another SEO to read
  • "Recommend fixing crawl errors"
  • One-off engagement, no re-check
  • Audit and execution sold as separate engagements

Growston

  • A prioritized fix list, ranked by pipeline impact in practice
  • Findings written as tickets your developers can pick up directly
  • The exact URLs, the exact tag, the exact redirect rule
  • A 30-day follow-up call to confirm what actually shipped
  • Same team can run the fix list once you're ready — no handoff, no re-briefing
Our previous vendor sent us a monthly sentiment score. Growston sent us the response and the fix, same day.

What we do

Full-stack SEO audit coverage for B2B

One audit covers the technical layer, the content layer, and the authority layer — because a site with clean code and thin content ranks just as poorly as a site with great content and broken crawl paths.

Technical SEO audit

Crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, log-file review where access allows.

On-page audit

Search intent match, title/meta coverage, internal linking, keyword cannibalization.

Content & keyword gap audit

What you rank for versus what your buyers actually search, mapped against your funnel.

Backlink & authority audit

Link profile health, toxic links, competitor gap, realistic link-building priorities.

Site architecture review

URL structure, orphaned pages, crawl budget, migration risk if a redesign is planned.

Competitor benchmark

Where three named competitors outrank you, and the specific reason why.

How it works

From audit to a live system in four steps

Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.

01

Audit

(Week 1) Full technical crawl, GA4 and Search Console review, on-page and content review, competitor benchmark.

You receive

A findings document naming every issue, by severity and by estimated pipeline impact.

02

30/60/90 Plan

Every finding turned into a phased, prioritized fix list — quick win, mid-term, and structural — each tied to its estimated pipeline impact, and written as a ticket, not a paragraph.

You receive

A phased fix roadmap your developers or content team can pick up without a briefing call.

03

Build & Launch

If you want us to ship it, our team implements the fix list directly — the same people who wrote it.

You receive

A running technical SEO function, not a report someone else has to execute.

04

Optimize & Report

We re-crawl and confirm what shipped, what moved, and what's next.

You receive

A short written re-check — what changed, what's outstanding, what to do next.

Meeting first, written proposal within 3 business days.

How the first meeting works

We do the homework before we meet — so the meeting starts at your numbers.

Before the meeting: We review what's public about your marketingsite, positioning, search visibility — before we meet.
In the meeting: 30 minutes on your growth target, what's missing, and what we'd change. Not a pitch deck.
After: A written proposal within 3 business daysscope, price, and the outcomes we'd commit to. Yours to keep either way.
No marketing function yet? The meeting covers structure, budget bands, and a realistic build timeline.

The alternatives

The honest comparison

Growston In-house SEO hire Big traditional agency Freelance SEO consultant
Cost Flat-fee audit, scoped upfront Full-time salary before you've validated the plan Expensive, audit sold as an upsell to a broader retainer Cheaper, but findings rarely reach your dev team
Time to value Findings and fix list inside 2 weeks Weeks to hire, more to ramp on your stack Slow — audits queued behind account management Fast to start, slow to implement
Findings become fixes Yes — same team can implement, no handoff Depends entirely on the hire's bandwidth Rarely — audit and execution are separate line items No — you still need someone to ship it
Accountable to The fix list actually shipping Activity Deliverables — the audit itself Hours
After the audit 30-day re-check included by default Sits in a drive until someone has time Upsell conversation for the next retainer Engagement typically ends

Fit check

Who this is for — and who it isn’t

Not a fit if you

  • Have no live site or indexed content yet — there's nothing to audit
  • Want a generic best-practice checklist rather than a site-specific findings document
  • Are looking for a one-time PDF with no intention of implementing anything
  • Operate in crypto, gambling, adult content, or MLM

A strong fit if you

  • Have organic traffic or rankings that stalled, dropped, or never grew despite real investment
  • Have a dev team but no clear channel for SEO fixes to reach them
  • Ran an SEO engagement before and got a report, not a result
  • Want to know the actual state of your site before committing to a longer SEO retainer

FAQ

Before you ask

What exactly do you audit?

Technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data), on-page SEO (search intent, internal linking, cannibalization), and content and keyword gaps against your funnel — all in one engagement.

How is this different from an automated audit tool?

Automated tools generate a scored checklist. We review the raw crawl and your GA4/Search Console data ourselves and write findings specific to your site, ranked by estimated pipeline impact — not a generic severity score.

Will my developers actually be able to use the findings?

Yes. Every fix is written as a ticket — the exact URL, the exact tag or rule, the exact change — because our audit team works alongside our own developers day to day.

Do you also implement the fixes, or just report them?

Both are available. The audit stands alone as a findings document and fix list. If you want us to ship it, the same team that wrote the findings can implement them.

How long does an audit take?

Typically two weeks from kickoff to the findings document and fix list, depending on site size and crawl depth.

What if my site is on a platform you don't usually work with?

We audit any publicly crawlable site regardless of platform. Implementation support depends on the platform — we’ll confirm fit in the first meeting.

Do you only work with SaaS companies?

Our primary focus is B2B SaaS and scale-ups, but the audit methodology applies to any B2B site with organic ambitions.

Can you serve us outside the Nordics, UK, or US?

Our core delivery model is built for Nordic and English-speaking B2B teams. We’re open to conversations outside that if the fit is right — ask us directly.
