TECHNICAL SEO FOR B2B SAAS
Rank through the next core update — without a backlog your dev team never ships.
Crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data and rendering, fixed by a team that writes the ticket in dev language and ships it — not an audit PDF someone files away.

The situation
You rank for the wrong things. Or you don’t rank at all — and nobody can tell you why.
Someone handed you a 40-page PDF. Engineering had other priorities. Nothing changed.
Impressions are up. Pipeline isn't. The intent behind your rankings doesn't match what your buyers are searching for.
hreflang is broken or absent, and your Nordic and UK markets are competing with each other in search instead of each ranking on its own.
Traffic dropped after the last algorithm update and nobody on your team can explain the mechanism, let alone fix it.
It sits between marketing (who flags it) and engineering (who deprioritizes it), so it never gets done.
Why Growston
Most agencies hand you an audit. We hand you the fix.
An audit tells you what's broken. It doesn't fix it. Growston pairs SEO strategists with the developers who can actually ship the change — inside your codebase, not in a slide deck.
A typical SEO agency
- Delivers an audit PDF, hands it to your dev team, and hopes
- Reports on rankings and traffic volume
- One SEO generalist, no engineering bench
- Recommends Core Web Vitals fixes
- Local generalist, no cross-border fluency
Growston
- Writes the ticket in dev language and ships the fix ourselves — implementation rate ~94%
- Reports against organic pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics
- Full-stack team — SEO strategist, developer, analytics — under one roof
- Ships the code that gets Core Web Vitals passing
- Warsaw-based team built for Nordic and English-speaking B2B, including international hreflang and localization
Our previous vendor sent us a monthly sentiment score. Growston sent us the response and the fix, same day.

What we do
Full-stack technical SEO for B2B
Technical SEO covers everything that determines whether Google — and AI answer engines — can find, render, and trust your pages. We own the diagnosis and the implementation.
JavaScript & rendering SEO
Server-side rendering, hydration and dynamic-rendering fixes for JS-heavy frameworks that Google can't otherwise read.
Structured data & schema
Service, Organization, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList and page-specific schema, implemented and validated.
Migrations & redirects
Domain moves, replatforms and URL restructures without losing the rankings you already earned.
Core Web Vitals & site speed
LCP, INP and CLS fixes shipped in code — not a checklist handed to engineering.
Crawlability & indexation
Fix crawl budget waste, orphaned pages, robots.txt and sitemap errors, and pages stuck out of the index.
International technical SEO
hreflang, canonical structure and localized sitemaps for Norway, Sweden, the UK and the US.
How it works
From audit to a live system in four steps
Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.
Audit
(Weeks 1–2) A full technical crawl and log-file review: indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, rendering, and international setup.
You receive
A written findings document, prioritized by revenue impact — not by how many issues exist.
30/60/90 Plan
A sequenced fix plan tied to search visibility and pipeline, not a generic checklist.
You receive
A roadmap your CEO — and your dev lead — can both read in five minutes.
Build & Launch
Our team writes the tickets and ships the fixes directly, in your codebase or your CMS, working alongside your engineers where needed.
You receive
Fixes that are actually live — not a backlog item.
Optimize & Report
Ongoing monitoring, core-update response, and monthly reporting tied to organic pipeline.
You receive
A live dashboard and a monthly written narrative — what changed, why, what's next.
Meeting first, written proposal within 3 business days.

The alternatives
The honest comparison
| Growston | In-house SEO hire | Big SEO/traditional agency | Freelance SEO consultant | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Fixed-scope, mid-market pricing | Full-time salary, recruiting, ramp | Expensive, top-heavy pricing | Fractional cost, limited capacity |
| Time to value | Weeks — audit to fixes shipped | 3–6 months hiring, plus ramp | Slow, fragmented internally | Varies — audits without implementation |
| Diagnosis + implementation together | Yes — same team, same sprint | Depends entirely on the hire | Rarely — audit sold separately from dev work | No — you still need someone to ship it |
| Accountable to | Organic pipeline and revenue | Activity | Rankings reported, hours billed | Hours |
| After launch | Runs and improves the system monthly | Maintenance mode | Account handoff to juniors | Unreliable continuity |
Fit check
Who this is for — and who it isn’t
Not a fit if you
- Have no live site yet, or are pre-product with nothing to crawl
- Want an audit PDF only, with no intention to implement
- Want hourly billing or piecework rather than an accountable engagement
- Are under roughly €500K in revenue and can't sustain a premium retainer
- Operate in crypto, gambling, adult content, or MLM
A strong fit if you
- Are a B2B SaaS, scale-up, or founder-led company in the Nordics, UK, US, or expanding into them
- Have an existing site with real traffic or ranking history that isn't converting to pipeline
- Have (or can give us access to) a dev resource, or want us to ship the fixes directly
- Want the audit and the implementation owned by one accountable team

FAQ
Before you ask
Do you just audit, or do you fix things too?
We do both. Our team writes the implementation ticket in developer language and ships the fix ourselves, or works directly with your engineers — we don’t stop at the recommendation.
How is this different from a general SEO agency?
Most SEO agencies outsource or defer technical fixes to your dev team, where they stall. Growston has developers on the account, so the fix ships in the same sprint as the diagnosis.
Will fixing Core Web Vitals require a site rebuild?
Rarely. Most Core Web Vitals issues are fixable in the existing stack — image handling, script loading, server response — without a full rebuild. We’ll tell you honestly if a rebuild is actually the better fix.
Do you handle international SEO (hreflang, multi-market)?
Yes. This is one of our core strengths for companies serving Norway, Sweden, the UK and the US from one site or set of subdomains.
What if our site is on a platform you don't usually work with?
We work across WordPress, Webflow, headless and custom stacks. If a platform genuinely limits what we can fix, we’ll say so before you sign anything.
How fast will we see ranking movement?
Indexation and crawl fixes can show up within weeks. Ranking and traffic recovery after a core update or migration typically takes 8–16 weeks, depending on the issue and your domain’s history. [Timeframe — confirm per engagement]
Can you serve us outside the Nordics, UK, or US?
Our positioning and case history are built around these markets, but we take select engagements outside them where the fit is strong.
You're based in Warsaw — can you really operate at Nordic pace?
Yes. Our team is built specifically for Nordic and English-speaking B2B delivery — communication style, working hours and reporting cadence included.
What size company is this built for?
Typically €2M+ ARR B2B SaaS and scale-ups with an existing site and search history. Pre-product companies with nothing to crawl aren’t a fit yet.
What if the engagement isn't working?
You own the crawl data, the code changes made, and the reporting throughout. There’s no lock-in, and we’ll tell you directly if something isn’t landing.
