AI SEARCH POSITIONING FOR B2B SAAS

Be the answer your buyers get — not the competitor AI mentions instead.

Growston structures your site, content and schema so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews can find, understand and cite you — built and shipped by the same team that runs your technical SEO, measured by citation and pipeline, not vanity share-of-voice.

THE SITUATION

You rank on Google. Ask an AI engine the same question, and you don’t exist.

GEO fell into the gap between “the SEO team’s job” and “nobody’s job description.” Here’s what that gap looks like from the inside.

You're on page one of Google. Ask ChatGPT or Perplexity the same buyer question and your company isn't in the answer.

GEO sits between the SEO remit and nobody's job description — the channel everyone agrees matters and nobody has resourced.

AI answer engines pull from structured, entity-clear, directly-answerable content. Most B2B blogs are written for a scanning human, not a summarizing model.

Ask an AI engine to recommend a vendor in your category and it names someone else. You don't know why, or how to fix it.

There's no GA4 report for "mentioned in an AI Overview." Most teams have zero visibility into how often, or how accurately, AI engines describe them.

Most SEO vendors still treat GEO as a slide in the quarterly deck, not a shipped deliverable with its own reporting.

WHY GROWSTON

Most agencies mention GEO. We run it as a service line, with its own methodology and report.

A single ranking tells you where you sit on Google. It says nothing about whether ChatGPT recommends you. Growston pairs the strategist who plans your entity and content structure with the specialists who ship the schema, rewrite the content and wire the reporting — inside your business, not alongside it.

A typical SEO vendor

  • Optimizes for Google rankings only
  • Treats GEO as a buzzword on a slide
  • Hands you a keyword report
  • Can't tell you if you're mentioned in an AI Overview
  • Warsaw is a place they outsource to

Growston

  • Optimizes for how buyers actually search in 2026 — Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and whatever comes next
  • Runs Generative Engine Optimization as a primary service line, with a dedicated methodology, deliverables and reporting
  • Hands you the entity structure, schema and content rebuilt so AI engines can parse and cite you — then ships it
  • Tracks AI-engine visibility and citation rate alongside classic rankings, in the same monthly report
  • Warsaw is the operating base for a team built to serve Nordic and English-speaking B2B — directness, transparency, no fluff

WHAT WE DO

Generative Engine Optimization, built on the technical SEO foundation you already have

AI Search Positioning is the practice of structuring your site, content and schema so answer engines can find, trust and cite you. Per our own service architecture, GEO is a primary service line — not an SEO add-on.

Entity & Answer-Engine Audit

We map how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews currently describe you, your category and your named competitors — the baseline most agencies skip.

See our SEO audit approach

Structured Content & Schema

Content rebuilt around entities, direct answers and JSON-LD markup so language models can parse, trust and cite it.

See our technical SEO work

AI Overview & Answer-Box Targeting

On-page structure engineered for the query formats AI Overviews and answer engines actually pull from — not just ten-blue-links SEO.

See our on-page SEO work

Digital PR & Citation Building

The off-site signals large language models weight most — authoritative mentions and structured sources, built on the same digital PR and link building foundation your SEO already runs on.

GEO Reporting & Visibility Tracking

Monthly tracking of how often, and how accurately, AI engines mention you — reported alongside classic rankings and pipeline, not as a separate vanity metric.

Integration with Technical SEO

GEO doesn't replace technical SEO — it sits on top of it. One team runs the same crawl, schema and content roadmap for Google and for AI engines together.

HOW IT WORKS

From “invisible to AI” to a tracked, shipping GEO system in four steps

Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.

01

Audit

(Weeks 1–2) A full review of how AI answer engines and search engines currently describe you — what's cited, what's missing, and where a named competitor is shown instead of you.

You receive

A written findings document naming your current AI-visibility gaps and quick wins — yours to keep regardless of what happens next.

02

30/60/90 Plan

A sequenced roadmap connecting the audit to an entity, content and schema plan scoped to your category and ICP — not a generic GEO checklist.

You receive

A roadmap your CEO or board can read in five minutes.

03

Build & Launch

The embedded team — GEO/SEO specialist, content strategist and, where scoped, a developer — restructures your content, schema and technical foundation inside your workflow.

You receive

A running GEO system integrated with your existing SEO, not a bolt-on report.

04

Optimize & Report

Ongoing testing against an ICE/RICE-prioritized backlog, monthly reporting on AI-engine visibility, rankings and organic pipeline, and a quarterly review where you can challenge our direction.

You receive

A live dashboard and a written narrative — what changed, why, what's next.

HOW THE FIRST MEETING WORKS

We do the homework before we meet — so the meeting starts at your rankings.

Before the meeting: We review what's public about your marketingsite, positioning, search visibility — before we meet.
In the meeting: 30 minutes on your AI-search visibility and growth target, what's missing, and what we'd change. Not a pitch deck.
After: A written proposal within 3 business daysscope, price, and the outcomes we'd commit to. Yours to keep either way.
No marketing function yet? The meeting covers structure, budget bands, and a realistic build timeline.

THE ALTERNATIVES

The honest comparison

Growston In-house hire Big traditional agency Freelancer / solo fractional CMO
Cost Fixed-scope, mid-market pricing, integrated with the SEO you're already running A dedicated GEO hire is a role most companies can't even write a job spec for yet Sold as an SEO add-on, rarely resourced or reported on separately Cheap, but no integration with your existing SEO or content system
Time to value Weeks — audit to a shipped entity and schema roadmap Months to hire for a role the market barely has a template for Slow — treated as a future roadmap item, not a current sprint Fast to start, no system behind it
Strategy + execution together Yes — one team plans the entity strategy and ships the content and code Depends entirely on who you hire Rarely — GEO is a slide, not a deliverable No — you still need someone to ship the schema and content
After launch Runs, tests and improves the system monthly Maintenance mode Account handed off to juniors Unreliable continuity

FIT CHECK

Who this is for — and who it isn’t

Not a fit if you…

  • Have no existing organic content or technical SEO foundation — GEO compounds an engine, it doesn't replace one
  • Want a one-off audit with no execution behind it
  • Operate in crypto, gambling, adult content, or MLM

Good fit if you…

  • Are a B2B SaaS, scale-up, or founder-led company in the Nordics, UK, US, or expanding into them
  • Already rank reasonably well on Google and want that visibility to extend into ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini
  • Have (or are running) a technical SEO or content program that GEO can build on
  • Want AI-search visibility tracked and reported the same way as pipeline and CAC payback — not as a side experiment

FAQ

Before you ask

What exactly is AI Search Positioning (GEO)?

Generative Engine Optimization is structuring your site, content and schema so AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews — can find, understand and cite you when your buyers ask a question in your category.

How is this different from SEO?

Technical SEO gets you indexed and ranked. GEO gets you cited inside an AI-generated answer. They share the same technical foundation — schema, site structure, entity clarity — but different content formats and different measurement.

We already rank well on Google. Why do we need this?

Ranking on Google doesn’t guarantee a mention when a buyer asks an AI engine the same question. In our own audits, we consistently see companies with strong Google rankings and near-zero AI-engine citation for the same queries — the two are related but not the same battle.

Can you measure whether this is working?

Yes. We track how often, and how accurately, AI engines mention you for your core buyer queries, reported alongside classic rankings and pipeline in the same monthly dashboard.

Do you replace our existing SEO agency?

Not necessarily. GEO builds on an existing technical SEO and content foundation. If you have no organic program running at all, we’d typically start there first.

You're based in Warsaw — can you operate at Nordic pace and directness?

Yes. Warsaw is the operating base for a team built specifically to serve Nordic and English-speaking clients — Nordic directness, English commercial culture, Polish technical depth.
