Your brand looks inconsistent across channels. The homepage, the deck, and last month's ad look like three different companies — because three different people made them.
OUTSOURCED DESIGN FOR B2B SAAS
An outsourced design team that ships on-brand, every time.
Branding, web, landing pages and campaign creative — delivered by a dedicated pod that learns your brand once, follows your guidelines by default, and reports on what shipped, not hours logged.

THE SITUATION
Your brand is being designed by whoever’s free that week.
Design requests pile up faster than they ship. Every campaign needs new creative. The backlog grows while marketing waits on design, and design waits on a clear brief.
You can't justify three full-time designers. You need branding, web, landing pages and campaign creative — not enough volume or budget to carry three FTEs on payroll.
Every freelancer starts from zero. Fiverr, 99designs, a new contractor each quarter — nobody carries your guidelines from one brief to the next.
The brand looks amateurish next to competitors. Slicker sites and sharper decks win the credibility contest before your sales team gets on the call.
Feedback loops eat the week. Rounds of revisions and "this doesn't feel on-brand" comments, because nobody owns the guidelines — or nobody follows them.
WHY GROWSTON
Most agencies stop at the report. We ship the fix.
A freelancer marketplace gives you a file. Growston gives you a design function that knows your brand and doesn't leave when the invoice is paid.
A typical design vendor
- A different freelancer for every brief
- Works from a moodboard you re-explain each time
- Delivers a file, closes the ticket
- Bills by the asset; scope creeps every request
- Design sits outside your marketing plan
Growston
- A dedicated pod that stays on your account and learns your brand once
- Works from your brand guidelines — or builds them with you first, then doesn't deviate
- Delivers branding, web, landing pages and campaign creative as one connected system
- Fixed-scope design sprints, unlimited revisions inside scope
- Design sits inside the same embedded team running your SEO, paid and web work — briefed once, shipped everywhere
WHAT WE DO
A design pod that covers the whole brand system
Growston’s Outsourced Design Team is a dedicated pod — branding, UX, web and campaign creative — matched to your channel mix, working from your guidelines from day one.
Branding & visual identity
Logo, color system, typography and a guidelines doc your whole team can actually follow — not just a logo file.
UX design
Wireframes and prototypes built around how your buyers navigate — not how the sitemap looks in a deck.
Website design
WordPress, Webflow or custom — designed to convert and instrumented from day one.
Landing page design
Campaign-specific pages built around the offer driving traffic to them, not a recycled template.
Campaign & content creative
Ad creative, social graphics, whitepapers and sales collateral — on-brand, on deadline, every channel.
Design capacity, scaled
Add or reduce pod size as campaigns ramp up or down — no hiring cycle, no notice period.
HOW IT WORKS
From audit to a live design pod in four steps
Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.
Audit
A review of every channel currently carrying your brand — site, ads, decks, social — plus your existing guidelines (or the lack of them) and your current design backlog.
You receive
A written brand and design audit naming the gaps — yours to keep either way.
30/60/90 Plan
A sequenced plan connecting the audit to a pod size, a delivery cadence, and a guidelines build or refresh — scoped to your channel mix, not a generic package.
You receive
A roadmap your CMO or founder can read in five minutes.
Build & Launch
Your dedicated pod — a senior designer, a brand/UX lead and, where scoped, a creative director — starts shipping inside your workflow: shared Figma, shared Slack, weekly design sprints.
You receive
A running design function, not a folder of one-off files.
Optimize & Report
Ongoing sprints against a prioritized backlog, monthly reporting on what shipped and what's queued, and a quarterly review where you can resize or redirect the pod.
You receive
A live asset log and a written narrative — what shipped, what's next.
Meeting first, proposal to follow.

THE ALTERNATIVES
The honest comparison
| Growston | In-house hire | Traditional design agency | Freelance marketplace | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Fixed-scope, mid-market pricing for a senior pod | €400K–€800K/yr in salary, recruiting and ramp for a design hire | Expensive, top-heavy pricing for work spread across clients | Cheap per asset, but quality and reliability vary |
| Time to value | Weeks — audit to a live sprint cadence | Months hiring, plus ramp | Slow — briefs handed to juniors | Fast to start, no continuity |
| Consistency + brand fit | One pod, briefed once, consistent by design | Depends on who you hire | Rarely learns the brand deeply across projects | A different freelancer, a different result, every time |
| After launch | Runs, tests and resizes the pod monthly | Maintenance mode | Account handed to juniors | No relationship, start over next time |

FAQ
Before you ask
How is an outsourced design team different from hiring freelancers?
A freelancer is briefed once and moves on. Your pod stays on your account, learns your guidelines, and carries context from one brief to the next.
Do we need brand guidelines before we start?
No. If you have them, the pod works from them day one. If you don’t, the first phase builds them — logo, color, typography, imagery, voice.
What's included in "unlimited revisions"?
Revisions inside the agreed brief aren’t billed separately or capped by round. A new deliverable or format is scoped as a new brief.
Can the pod work alongside our existing marketing or dev team?
Yes. It plugs into your existing Slack, project board and marketing calendar — it doesn’t replace your process.
We don't have a marketing department yet. Can we still use this?
Yes. The pod works directly with the founder or whoever owns marketing today, and reports in plain language.
You're based in Warsaw — can you operate at Nordic or UK/US pace?
Yes. Growston is built specifically to serve Nordic and English-speaking B2B companies, with EU-hours overlap and English-fluent delivery.
What happens if the pod isn't the right fit?
You own every file and guideline from day one — no lock-in. If a quarterly review shows it isn’t earning its retainer, we say so.
