Visitors land, look around, and leave. The design isn't the whole problem — structure and speed are doing the damage.
WEBSITE REDESIGN FOR B2B SAAS
A redesign that turns visitors into pipeline — not just a fresher coat of paint.
We rebuild your site on a foundation your growth team can build on — new design, real Core Web Vitals, and GA4, GTM and schema wired in from day one — by the team that also runs your SEO and paid media.

The situation
Your site looks fine. It isn’t producing pipeline.
47 plugins, three tracking scripts fighting each other, and nobody left who remembers why.
Every homepage edit becomes a two-sprint ticket behind product work.
Slow loads, broken layouts, and a form that's harder to complete on a phone than a desktop.
GA4 is half-configured, GTM has dead tags, and the dashboard doesn't match reality.
A beautiful mockup, no shipped code, no CMS, no handoff plan.
Why Growston
Most agencies redesign the site. We also ship the growth engine underneath it.
A redesign that only changes the visuals is a wasted rebuild. Growston pairs design with the engineering that makes the new site rank, load, and convert from day one.
A typical redesign agency
- Delivers a Figma file, hands the build to your dev queue
- Redesigns the look, leaves the old tracking in place
- "SEO-friendly" as a slide, no technical follow-through
- One project, one invoice, no relationship after launch
- Generalist design shop, no B2B SaaS pattern library
Growston
- Ships the build — WordPress, Webflow, or custom — production-ready, not a mockup
- Rebuilds GA4, GTM, schema and Core Web Vitals instrumentation alongside the design
- SEO and redesign run as one workstream — the new site ranks the URLs the old one earned
- The team that redesigned it keeps running it — content, SEO, CRO, post-launch
- A pattern library built for B2B SaaS conversion — pricing pages, demo forms, trust bars that work
Our previous vendor sent us a monthly sentiment score. Growston sent us the response and the fix, same day.
30 minutes — your numbers, not a pitch.
What we do
Full-stack website redesign for B2B SaaS
Website Redesign covers everything a rebuild needs to actually move pipeline — sized to what your business needs, delivered by the team that also runs the channels feeding the site.
UX & Information Architecture
Rebuilt navigation, page hierarchy, and buyer journey mapped to how your ICP actually decides.
Conversion-Focused Design
Pricing pages, demo forms, and trust bars redesigned around what converts B2B SaaS visitors — not what looks good in a portfolio.
WordPress / Webflow / Custom Build
Production-ready build on the platform that fits your team's technical maturity. No vendor lock-in.
Core Web Vitals & Performance
Passing CWV on launch day — not six months of post-launch fixes.
SEO Migration
Redirect mapping, schema, and technical SEO so a redesign doesn't cost you the rankings you already earned.
GA4, GTM & Schema Instrumentation
Every redesign ships with tracking that works from the first visitor.
How it works
From audit to a live system in four steps
Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.
Audit
(Weeks 1–2) A full review of your current site: UX, performance, technical SEO, conversion paths, and what a redesign risks losing.
You receive
A written findings document naming the gaps, the risks, and the quick wins.
30/60/90 Plan
Sitemap, wireframes, and a build plan sequencing design, development, and SEO migration together — tied to a commercial outcome, not a deliverable list.
You receive
A roadmap your CEO can read in five minutes.
Build & Launch
The embedded team — design, development, content migration, redirect mapping, instrumentation — ships the site. Not a mockup.
You receive
A live site, not a Figma file.
Optimize & Report
Post-launch monitoring of Core Web Vitals, rankings, and conversion, with monthly reporting tied to pipeline.
You receive
A live dashboard and a monthly written narrative — what changed, why, what's next.
Meeting first, written proposal within 3 business days.
How the first meeting works
We do the homework before we meet — so the meeting starts at your numbers.

The alternatives
The honest comparison
| Growston | In-house hire | Big traditional agency | Freelance designer | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Fixed-scope, mid-market pricing — design and build together | €100K+/yr in salary, recruiting, and ramp | Expensive, top-heavy pricing, mockup-only delivery | Cheap, but no engineering or SEO follow-through |
| Time to value | Weeks — audit to a launched site | 3–6 months hiring, plus ramp | Slow, fragmented handoff to dev | Fast design, slow (or no) build |
| Design + engineering together | Yes — same team designs, builds, and instruments | Depends entirely on the hire | Rarely — mockup, then handoff | Design only, no build |
| Accountable to | Pipeline and commercial outcomes | Activity | Deliverables / hours billed | Deliverables |
| After launch | Runs and improves the site monthly | Maintenance mode | Account handoff to juniors | Unreliable continuity |
Fit check
Who this is for — and who it isn’t
Not a fit if you
- Want a visual refresh with no engineering or measurement attached
- Are pre-product or pre-revenue with no traffic to redesign around
- Want hourly billing or piecework rather than a scoped project
- Operate in crypto, gambling, adult content, or MLM
A strong fit if you
- Are a B2B SaaS or scale-up whose current site is costing you pipeline, not just aesthetics
- Need the redesign to ship as production code, not a Figma file
- Want SEO migration handled as part of the rebuild, not an afterthought
- Are ready to give us CMS and analytics access so we can move at the agreed cadence

FAQ
Before you ask
Will a redesign hurt my SEO rankings?
Not if migration is planned. We map every URL to a 301 redirect, preserve internal linking structure, and re-implement schema before launch — rankings transfer, they don’t reset.
Do you design in Figma, or build directly?
We design in Figma, but we ship the build ourselves — WordPress, Webflow, or custom. You get a live site, not a handoff file.
Can you work with our existing CMS?
Yes. We redesign within WordPress or Webflow when that’s the right fit, or recommend a migration when the current stack is the actual constraint.
How long does a full redesign take?
Typically 8–14 weeks from audit to launch, depending on page count, content migration volume, and SEO migration complexity.
Do you handle content migration?
Yes — copy, media, and metadata are migrated and mapped as part of the build, not left for you to re-enter manually.
What if we already have a design system?
We work within it. A redesign doesn’t require throwing out brand equity that’s already working.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Care plans covering monitoring, updates, and continued CRO pick up after the 30-day post-launch window — scoped and priced in your proposal based on site size and channel mix.
Can you serve us outside the Nordics, UK, or US?
Selectively — for DACH and other Nordic/Baltic markets. Our core delivery model is built around Norway, Sweden, the UK, and the US.
You're based in Warsaw — can you really deliver Nordic-quality design and pace?
Yes. Our team is built specifically to serve Nordic and English-speaking B2B clients — same time-zone overlap, same reporting cadence, same directness.
What size company is this built for?
€2M+ ARR B2B SaaS and scale-ups with a marketing team of 1–8 people, where the current site is a known drag on pipeline.
