You're targeting named accounts, but response rate sits under 1% — because the message is generic and the timing is a guess.
ACCOUNT-BASED MARKETING FOR B2B SAAS
Account-based marketing for the accounts your sales team already named — not another spreadsheet nobody works.
Growston plans, builds and runs account-based campaigns — LinkedIn, paid, personalized landing pages and the CRM behind them — as one embedded team. Measured against pipeline from the accounts you named, not impressions on the right logos.

THE SITUATION
You already know which accounts you want. You don’t have a system built to win them.
Sales names the target accounts. Marketing runs the same campaign at everyone else. By the time outreach starts, the account has already talked to someone.
Sales handed marketing a named-account list months ago. It's still sitting in a spreadsheet, because nobody owns turning it into a campaign.
LinkedIn Ads, email and the website treat a target enterprise account the same as a random visitor. Nothing past the first-name field is personalized.
Sales says marketing isn't reaching the accounts that matter. Marketing says sales isn't following up on the engagement it sees. Nobody owns the number.
The CRM can't tell you which named accounts opened an email, revisited the site, or went quiet — so nobody knows which accounts are actually warming up.
It meant LinkedIn Ads pointed at a target-account list. It produced impressions on the right logos. It didn't produce a meeting.
Why Growston
Most ABM vendors sell the campaign. We also build the system behind it.
A target-account list without the infrastructure behind it is a media plan, not account-based marketing. Growston pairs the strategist who tiers the account list with the specialists who build the landing pages, run the campaigns and wire the CRM — inside your business, because we refuse to sell either half on its own.
A typical ABM vendor
- Runs paid media at a target-account list and reports on impressions and clicks
- Hands you a target-account spreadsheet and calls the strategy done
- Recommends a personalized landing page in a deck you forward to a dev queue
- Treats GEO and AI-search visibility as somebody else's problem
- Warsaw is where the account list gets outsourced to
Growston
- Runs the full account-based system — LinkedIn Ads, personalized landing pages, email and the CRM logic that scores engagement — as one team with one pipeline number
- Builds the lead scoring and CRM workflow that tells sales which named accounts are actually engaging, and when to call — the layer most ABM vendors skip
- Ships the landing page, the tracking and the CRM update, because we're also the engineering team
- Builds AI-search visibility into the same account strategy, so a named account researching you in ChatGPT or Perplexity finds the right case — GEO as a primary line, not an add-on
- Warsaw is the operating base for a team built for Nordic and English-speaking B2B — directness, transparency and delivery at the pace a named-account campaign requires
What we do
Account-based marketing, built and run as one system
Growston’s Account-Based Marketing service is the targeting, the campaigns and the infrastructure behind them — built and run by one embedded team, measured against pipeline from the accounts you named.
Named-Account Campaigns
Sponsored content, InMail and paid campaigns built around the specific accounts sales named — not a lookalike audience.
Account-Personalized Landing Pages
Pages that speak to a named account's industry, size and stage — instrumented from launch, not a template with a logo swapped in.
Multi-Channel Orchestration
Email, retargeting and direct outreach sequenced against the same account list and message, so a target account meets one story, not five.
Lead Scoring & Engagement Tracking
Account-level scoring and nurture logic, so sales knows which named accounts are warming up — before the account tells them.
CRM & Sales Alignment
CRM fields, views and workflows built to separate named-account activity from inbound, so sales and marketing work from the same list.
Attribution & Account-Level Reporting
GA4, server-side tracking and account-level attribution, so every meeting booked traces back to the account and campaign that produced it.
How it works
From first call to first results in four steps
Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.
Audit
A review of the current target-account list, what's tracked in the CRM, and where sales and marketing disagree about which accounts matter and who owns follow-up.
You receive
A written findings document naming the gaps — yours to keep regardless of what happens next.
30/60/90 Plan
A sequenced plan connecting the audit to a channel mix, an account-tiering model (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) and a pipeline target — scoped to your ICP and your sales team's follow-up capacity, not a generic ABM playbook.
You receive
A roadmap your CEO or VP Sales can read in five minutes.
Build & Launch
The embedded team — strategist, LinkedIn/paid specialist and, where scoped, a developer — builds the personalized landing pages, launches the campaigns and wires the CRM scoring, working inside your Slack and CRM.
You receive
A running account-based campaign, not a deliverable list.
Optimize & Report
Ongoing testing against the account list, monthly reporting tied to pipeline from named accounts and CAC payback, and a quarterly review where you can challenge our direction.
You receive
A live dashboard and a written narrative — which accounts moved, why, what's next.
Meeting first, written proposal within 3 business days.

The alternatives
The honest comparison
| Growston | In-house hire | Big traditional agency | Freelancer / solo fractional CMO | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Mid-market pricing for senior delivery across strategy and execution | €400K–€800K/yr in salary, recruiting and ramp for a dedicated hire | Expensive, top-heavy pricing for an account list handed to juniors | Cheap to start, but no engineering or CRM capacity behind the strategy |
| Time to value | Weeks — audit to a running account-based campaign | 3–6 months hiring, plus ramp | Slow — briefs handed down, fragmented internally | Fast to start, caps out fast — no system behind the first campaign |
| Strategy + execution together | Yes — one team plans the accounts and builds the infrastructure | Depends entirely on who you hire | Rarely — targeting, creative and CRM sold as separate line items | No — you still need someone to build the pages and wire the CRM |
| After launch | Runs, tests and improves the campaign monthly | Maintenance mode | Account handed off to juniors | Unreliable continuity |

FAQ
Before you ask
How is account-based marketing different from regular lead generation?
Regular lead generation optimizes for volume, then qualifies leads after they arrive. Account-based marketing starts with the named list of accounts sales already wants, and builds campaigns, content and CRM logic specifically for that list before volume is a factor.
Who selects the named accounts — us or Growston?
Your sales team owns the account list, because they own the pipeline target. We help structure the selection using an ICP framework and can add intent-data signals, but the list starts with the accounts you already know you want.
Do you handle both the campaigns and the CRM work, or just the ads?
Both. The campaigns are only as good as the CRM logic behind them — if sales can’t see which named accounts are engaging, the campaign doesn’t produce a meeting. We build the CRM fields, scoring and workflow alongside the campaigns.
We already run LinkedIn Ads. Do we need to replace that?
No. If your LinkedIn Ads account is set up well, we build the account-based layer on top of it — tighter targeting against the named list, personalized landing pages, and the CRM connection it’s currently missing.
Can you serve us outside the Nordics, UK, or US?
Our team is built specifically for Norway, Sweden, the UK and the US. We take selected engagements in the DACH region and other Nordic and Baltic markets — ask in your first meeting.
You're based in Warsaw — can you operate at Nordic pace and directness?
Yes. Warsaw is where we operate from; Nordic and English-speaking B2B is who we operate for. Our reporting cadence, communication style and decision-making are built for that expectation, not adapted to it afterward.
What happens if the named accounts don't engage?
We report it directly, in the monthly narrative, with what we’re changing and why — not buried in a slide about impressions. If the account list itself is the problem, we say so at the quarterly review, and revisit the tiering before spending more on the wrong accounts.
Do you only run 1:1 ABM for a handful of enterprise accounts?
No. We work across all three tiers — 1:1 for a small number of strategic accounts, 1:few for a named segment, and 1:many for a broader named list — and scope the channel mix to match your sales team’s follow-up capacity.
