THE SITUATION

You have a fast dev team. Your website isn’t one of their priorities.

Marketing ships a new landing page. Sales sends prospects to it. Nobody checks how long it takes to load until the bounce rate shows up in the report.

Your Core Web Vitals report has been red for months, and nobody on the team owns fixing it.

Your website takes forever to load on mobile. Users leave before it even finishes rendering.

Your website crashes constantly and is super slow — you know you need better hosting, but nobody has time to move it.

You rank on page 2–3 for your main keywords and can't break into page 1 — and page speed is one of the reasons Google keeps you there.

Google Search Console shows crawl issues and slow server response, and it's been sitting in the backlog for months.

The dev backlog means speed fixes never ship, so marketing keeps paying for traffic that bounces before it converts.

WHY GROWSTON

Most speed audits end in a PDF. We also ship the fix.

A page-speed report tells you what's slow. It doesn't make the page faster. Growston pairs the audit with the engineers who implement it — inside your CMS, your CDN, your codebase — because a report without implementation is just a longer to-do list.

A typical speed audit

  • Hands you a PDF ranking your Core Web Vitals red, amber, green
  • Optimizes the homepage and calls it done
  • Reports a Lighthouse score once, at the end
  • Treats speed as a one-off project
  • Recommends a hosting upgrade in a PDF you forward to a dev queue

Growston

  • Ships the caching, CDN, image and code fixes that turn red into green
  • Fixes the templates so every page loads fast, not just the one you tested
  • Monitors Core Web Vitals monthly and re-optimizes as content and traffic change
  • Treats speed as part of the same system as your SEO, paid landing pages and conversion rate
  • Makes the hosting, caching and code change directly — because we are also the engineering team

WHAT WE DO

Full-stack speed optimization for B2B websites

Growston’s Website Speed Optimization service fixes the caching, CDN, image, code and hosting issues slowing your site down — and ties every fix back into the SEO, paid and conversion work already running on the same pages.

HOW IT WORKS

From audit to a faster site in four steps

Every step produces something you keep — whether or not you continue with us.

01

Audit

A full technical audit: Core Web Vitals scores, hosting and server response times, CDN configuration, image weight, render-blocking scripts and caching setup — page by page and template by template.

You receive

A written findings document ranking every issue by impact on load time and rankings — yours to keep regardless of what happens next.

02

30/60/90 Plan

A sequenced fix plan connecting the audit to a target Core Web Vitals score and load-time budget, scoped to your CMS, hosting and dev resourcing — not a generic best-practice checklist.

You receive

A roadmap your CTO or CMO can read in five minutes.

03

Build & Launch

The embedded team — performance engineer, technical SEO specialist and, where scoped, a front-end developer — ships the caching, CDN, image and code fixes directly, inside your existing workflow.

You receive

A faster site with the fixes shipped, not a backlog of tickets waiting on your dev team.

04

Optimize & Report

Ongoing monitoring against your Core Web Vitals and load-time targets, monthly reporting tied to bounce rate, conversion and rankings, and a quarterly review where you can challenge our direction.

You receive

A live dashboard and a written narrative — what changed, why, what's next.

Let's meet

HOW THE FIRST MEETING WORKS

We do the homework before we meet

We analyze your site before we meet — so the conversation starts at your numbers, not at zero.

Before the meeting: We run your site through PageSpeed Insights and check your Core Web Vitals history before we meetso the meeting starts at your numbers, not at zero.
In the meeting: 30 minutes on where your site is losing speed, what's fixable in weeks versus what needs a hosting change, and what we'd prioritize first. Not a pitch deck.
After: A written proposal within 3 business daysscope, price and the load-time target we'd commit to. Yours to keep either way.
No dev resource of your own? The meeting covers what we'd fix directly versus what needs your host or platform involved.

TRANSPARENCY

What your monthly report looks like

A live dashboard plus a written narrative — what changed, why, and what’s next. No forty-slide decks. A report your CTO or CMO can read in five minutes, tied to load time, Core Web Vitals and conversion — not a Lighthouse score nobody else looks at.

  • Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN, image and code fixes shipped — not just recommended in a PDF

THE ALTERNATIVES

The honest comparison

Growston In-house hire Big traditional agency Freelancer / solo fractional CMO
Cost Fixed-scope pricing for senior delivery, with a dev team already in place €70K–€120K/yr for a dedicated performance engineer, plus ramp Expensive, top-heavy pricing for a specialist skill most agencies outsource anyway Cheap, but no engineering capacity behind the recommendation
Time to value Weeks — audit to shipped fixes 2–4 months hiring, plus ramp Slow — the audit gets outsourced, the fix waits in your queue Fast to start, but you still need someone to implement the fix
Strategy + execution together Yes — the audit and the fix come from the same team Depends entirely on who you hire Rarely — speed gets flagged in an SEO audit, then handed off No — you still need a developer to make the change
After launch Monitored, tested and re-optimized monthly Maintenance mode Account handed to juniors Unreliable continuity

FIT CHECK

Who this is for — and who it is not

Not a fit if you…

  • You need results in 30 days
  • Are pre-launch with no live site or traffic to measure yet
  • Operate in crypto, gambling, adult content, or MLM

Good fit if you…

  • Are a B2B SaaS, scale-up or founder-led company in the Nordics, UK, US, or expanding into them
  • Have a site failing Core Web Vitals, or a dev team too busy to prioritize speed fixes
  • Are losing paid or organic traffic to a slow-loading site, and can see it in bounce rate or Quality Score
  • Are ready to give us access to your hosting, CMS and analytics so we can ship fixes directly, not just recommend them

FAQ

Before you ask

How fast can you actually make my website?

It depends on your starting Core Web Vitals and hosting setup — the audit gives you a specific load-time target and timeline, not a generic promise.

Do you fix Core Web Vitals directly, or just tell us what's wrong?

We ship the caching, CDN, image and code fixes ourselves. The audit tells you what’s wrong; the build phase fixes it.

Will speed fixes affect our current SEO rankings?

No — speed is a ranking factor, so fixing it correctly protects and typically improves rankings. Every fix is checked against your existing SEO before it ships.

Do we need to switch hosting providers?

Not always. We work within your current hosting where possible and only recommend a change when the server response time is the actual bottleneck.

Does this work on WordPress, Webflow or a custom stack?

Yes. The diagnostic approach is the same; the fixes are platform-specific — plugin and database work on WordPress, component and asset work on Webflow or custom code.

Can you fix speed on the landing pages we're running paid traffic to?

Yes — a slow paid landing page raises CAC and hurts Quality Score, so those pages are usually prioritized first.

Is this a one-time fix or an ongoing service?

Both are available. Most clients start with a fixed-scope audit and fix, then move to monthly monitoring so a regression doesn’t creep back in.

You're based in Warsaw — can you work directly in our codebase at Nordic pace?

Yes. Our engineers work inside your existing repo, CMS and hosting environment on your cadence, not on a separate offshore timeline.
